Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I own one rental property. A part of my lease agreement states that "grill, lawn mower, and trash service included in said agreement". The tenant took this to mean that I was giving him the grill and the lawn mower to take as his when he moved out. Has he lost his mind?
