Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I have rented a commercial warehouse space for nearly 15 years. Due to the Machinery I have I had to install a 4000 amp service at one end of the building which is where I fed all my equipment from. Now I have a new plant where I am moving all my equipment and need the power station that fed this equipment moved to the new plant. The landlord says that the power center I added is considered building improvement and can not be removed. I say its electrical equipment that is only used to power my equipment. Who is right in this case of interpretation?

The answer depends on a few details you did not tell us, such as how the fixture is attached to the building.
