Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I am renting a home from a man that has let it go into forecloser, he is still trying to get rent from me. He was suppose to have a lawyer to get the house reinstated through the bank. What should i do?

Honor your agreement (whatever that is) as long as you are living in the house. We certainly do not know the status of any foreclosure and you did not tell us but unless and until someone else owns the house you have an obligation to pay rent. Of course, the owner (presumably) is going to expect you to pay the rent you owe. If and when you find out there really was a foreclosure and someone else owns the property, the situation may be different.
