Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I reported a plumbing problem to my apartment manager over three weeks ago and it has not been fixed. I asked for a one time deduction in my rent since I have not been able to use this bathroom. They refused to do anything but said they would get it fixed eventually. What is the law concerning repairs? What can I do?

You don't get a one-time reduction in rent.
Details you omitted, including the nature and severity of the problem, and whether you have other bathrooms, would be needed to answer your question.
