Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
What are the rights in georgia for a tenant and two minor children along with me being under doctors care awaiting surgery, being served with eviction notice.

What do you mean by "rights"? If you have not paid the rent then the landlord can have you evicted by court order, unless you are able to pay all the rent that is due.
