Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
What are my rights when a public housing authority violates my lease?
The lease states that they must provide 48 hours written notice before entering the apartment. If they enter when I am not at home, "CHA shall leave in the dwelling unit a written statement specifying the date, time and purpose of entry prior to leaving the dwelling unit."
The landlord has not followed this section of my lease for 3 + years. They have also allowed entry to the apartment by my relative who is not on the lease, and made false police reports in an attempt to have me arrested.

Your post indicates there is much more to the story than just lease issues. If that is the case (and police reports are more to to the story), you need to see a lawyer.
