Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Rooming house

I need to find all laws pertainig to eviction of weekly renters of rooms. Is it treated as hotel/ motel laws? If so where can I find them? The rooming house is rented like a hotel week to week no lease.

Re: Rooming house

There are no separate set of laws for motels/hotels other than private property laws. I.e. motel guests are treated as invitees and may be asked to leave at any time.
