what can i do about my roommate
I moved up to atlanta ga with a girl i have known for a couple of years. We both sign a year lease. Now she wants out of it with out paying me or the leasing company her half. If she does not pay i have to pay it. neither one of us is living at the apartment anymore, we just have things there. You can sue her for her half of the rent if she agreed to pay it. However, you must pay rent or risk being reported to a credit agency and/or being sued.
