Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I rented my house thru section 8. Now my tenant violated the contract and section 8 stopped her assistance, as a consequence, they will not pay my rent anymore. Can I take this to court? How can i POrceed with this problem?

Re: Section 8

Yes. You may proceed as any other landlord regardless of the assistance. Demand the property back in writing by a certain date. If you tenant does not leave by that date, file a dispossessory action in magistrate court.
