security deposit
i lived in a house that was supposed to be a lease puchase, we did not purchase. the lanlord allowed an extention, we still did not purchase. he decided to rent to us without a rental agreement for 3 months. Question: We put down $4000.00, should any of the that money be used for a security deposit

We do not have copies of your written agreements. Read them, and see if they say those funds should be used for the security deposit.
