signed lease for apartment

if you signed lease and did not take the apartment because apartment was not ready as promise. but the apartment company turn you in for breaking a lease when you did not live in the apartment. This happen doing the Karina disaster, now they have on my credit and refuse take it off.

Read your lease. You fail to state what it says about dates and move-in, and no one here can guess what "not ready as promised" really means, or specifically how it was "promised."

Generally, leases will address this issue and simply pro rate your rent and not allow you to cancel the lease.
