Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I just signed a lease. When my credit was run it was determined that I am not financially able to gain access to the apartment. I was not given any keys either. Should I still pay for the apartment when I do not live there?

Should you, or do you have to? You mention nothing about what your lease and other paperwork say, or whether the landlord is saying you have to pay.
