I was to move-in yesterday when I got there with blinds and other things for unit I was told that they was not through painting and that I can get in the unit tmorrow. One hour after leavin I got a phone call telling me that they changed their mind about renting to me , unless i am willing to share office space with someone else. i have already given her money and she did said she will refund me my money . After signing a lease can she terminated the agreement just like that. I have given up my old space. Now I am stuck with nowhere to go.

You reference a lease, but say nothing about its terms and what is says about termination. That is the first place you should have looked, and referenced that in your post.
It sounds more than likely as though the landlord is in material breach of the agreement, and you may be able to pursue both specific performance and damages from the landlord.
The terms of your lease will prevail. Consult with a local attorney. Have the lease reviewed by him/her.
