Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Hi, let me start off by explaining the situation. I moved in with an ex-friend of mine when I moved out my apartment. We made an agreement stating for me to pay $100 biweekly. Still til this day of April 28th 2014, I still have yet to have my own key. I made my payment of $75 for the 2 weeks of me living there, regardless of the that I got paid them something every week. We made the verbal agreement a week later the original agreement and I stated to them that was making enough at my employer and I was gonna give what I could weekly until I get caught up with them and they replied "that's fine". I finds out that their lights were scheduled to be disconnected on today (Monday April 28 2014). They wanted me to give the whole amount for that month (remaining $125) to help go on their light bill when I told them I didn't have it to help. Saturday (April 26th 2014) they expected me to have it or they was going to cause bodily harm to me if I didn't. I left and didn't come back til Sunday (April 27th 2014) with the police to escort me to retrieve some my clothes and things for work. I have the text stating that I can't come back there or ever to come back to get the rest of my things. Isn't that called Theft by Taking? How would I need to proceed with the law enforcement to retrieve my property?

Go to the Magistrate Court in the county where that house is and file a warrant application and put all threats and thefts in it and the Judge will have a hearing and if he believes you at the hearing your "friend(s)" will be arrested and booked for theft, theft by deception, conversion, terroristic threats, etc etc

Good Luck
