Statue of Limitations for Defualt on Rental Lease
What is the statute of limitations for persuing collection of a default on rental agreement where past due rents and damages were never paid?

Six years for a contract, but future landlords, home lenders and creditors will look back further than that. The long term expense is usually far greater than the original debt.
