Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I stayed in a hotel and upgraded rooms (512 smackers!!!) When I did the hotel calls an hour later and says I'm being charged for a bed? Can they do that if its not broken and if it was never comfortable to begin with?

Since you chose to tell us nothing about what happened to a bed, or other facts, you can't get a response. How would we know how a room upgrade somehow leads to getting charged for a bed?
