if you are staying at an extended stay hotel for like 6 + months can they evict you without notice.

Most likely yes, but you decided to not tell us the terms of any agreement you had (and the hotel will have agreements and policies), the reasons for the eviction, etc. If someone wants long term security, they can get an apartment and sign a lease. That is not the purpose of extended stay motels.
