i subleased my apartment and my lease said no subleasing allowed. Can I sue the people who I let sublease for not paying the rent plus collection fees. They signed an agreement stating they would pay?

Yes, you can sue them, but you still have to pay your landlord, whether they pay you or not.

You can sue them and a judge might find in their favor because you did not have the right to sublease the property.
