Subleasing commercial property

What do you do when the person that you are subleasing from is getting convicted? How do you go about getting your deposit?

You question is unclear. Do you mean indicted for a crime, going to jail or being evicted? The answer to your question depends on many factors including the terms of you sub-leasing.
