Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

What does your lease say? What did the landlord say when you asked about it? Is the time and expense of a lawsuit better than trying to to work it out, then possibly getting it yourself and deducting from the rent (IF the lease states it is included). You leave out much of the story, but rarely will it be worth a lawsuit.
