Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I am a tenant. Several months ago, the house in which we are currently living was listed as being in the foreclosure process in public records. The landlord/owner did something to remove it from this status. Currently, it is not listed as being in foreclosure; however, a source close to the situation says that foreclosure is inevitable.
What rights and steps for the tenant are recommended.

If the house is foreclosed upon, you probably have no rights. The foreclosure likely will wipe out your lease. For more info, consult with a local attorney.
