Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I have a tenant who moved 2 months ago, but left 3 pieces of furniture. We have ask him many times to move it but he has refused and now I have lost all contact with him. I don't know where he lives and his cell phone has been disconnected.Can I consider this abandoned property and get rid of it myself?

I would send a letter to the last known address requiring the former tenant to pick up the property within 30 days. After that, you can do what you want with it.
