Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
Tenant Problem
My friend has her ex boyfriend living with her and refuses to leave. He has even threatned her life when she asked him to leave. She called the police and they said she will need to go through the eviction process. Is this true even if he has not signed a lease or even paid bills? She lives in Tennessee.

Ask a Tennessee lawyer, but the eviction process will probably be necessary if they are living in the house regardless of rent, bills, etc.
