Tenant skipped out on final month rent
What forms and proceedings do I need to prepare and initiate now that a former roommate (property is owned by me) skipped out on final, agreed-upon half month rent and 10% late fee in Rockdale Co., GA? It was at his request to terminate the month-to-month lease mid-month in agreement with me. We both lived at the property.

File a claim in the Rockdale County Magistrate Court or wherever the former roommate lives.
