tenant/landlord problems

i have a tenant who moved out without notice. The is no lease for the trailer she was renting and she is now claiming that for the past years that she has lived there she is charging ME for the problems that are/were wrong with the trailer b/c they were failed to be fixed. Can i charge here the rent for this month and cleaning fees?

If there is no lease agreement, your former tenant was required to provide you 30 days' notice before moving out. You may seek the rent for those 30 days minus any time it is rented to someone else.
