tenants appeal eviction

My question is I went to court as the landlord as was issued a Writ of Possesion to evict my tenats. They have appealed the lower court's decision and taking it to superior court. They are a un-married couple. I received the notice of appeal and it is only signed by one of the tenant's not both. Can I legally presue the Writ of possesion against the one that did not sign as a Appellant?

You are asking for a legal opinion on documents (and a case) when no one here has the documents. Further, some deficiencies in pleadings can be cured, or fixed, later. The other issue is where would that get you? Time, money and effort for something that, presumably, still does not get you the property back?
