Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

My tenants have informed me that they have 4 family member that will be living with them for a few months. Do we need to fill out and amendment or something? What should I do?

You do not have to agree to allow them to love on the property since they were not on the lease. If you do allow them to live there, you should have the tenants sign an addendum to the lease setting out the terms of the additional tenants such as term and rent, if any.
