Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I am a tenent and have sent a vertified letter informing the landlord of a safety issue. How many days does the landlord have to correct the issues?

There's no such thing as a "verified letter" so there is no way anyone here can answer you.
If you did a proper notice under Georgia law and your lease (and we'd have to read your lease to know if it specifies a manner of notice) the time frame would depend on the nature of the issue, which you have chosen not to tell us.
