Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Tree fell on my car

I would like to know why my apartment complex dont feel like they are responsible for the huge tree that fell on my car. What can I do about this. They refuse to even communicate with me about this incident.

The only people who can answer your question is the management. However, a falling tree is often considered an "act of God" and the property owner is not responsible. If it had obvious damage or decay and the owner was on notice it might fall, it might be a different outcome. You provided no facts.
