Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

That's not true I want JUSTICE

I would like to know something I recieved a letter from my landlord stating that someone called them and said i was exposing my self in my window to the neigbors and making cruel statements to little girls this is not true. When i asked them who would say something like that they said we don't know, then she went on to say they took legal actions against me it was the law. Now what i want to do is take legal actions against them for trying to make look like a child molester. What they are saying is not my character i am a family man with daughters. Is this deformation of character if it is i want to sue their butt.

If, as they say, you have been reported to the police you should get a local lawyer ASAP, prior to the police showing up at your house. That is a more urgent issue that "suing their butt." The lawyer you see can then give you better direction on a civil claim.
