Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I have to turn in an answer to an eviction warrant by tomorrow. I have missed two rent payments as I am having financial trouble. I am willing to pack up and move out as well as make monthly payments to pay back what I owe. How should I answer so as to have at least one more week to put items in storage an move out.

If you file answer, you will have a week before hearing (enough time to pack and move -- take a lot of PIX of apartment interior so that landlord does not hit you with damage charges above and beyond normal wear and tear under GA landlord-tenant laws)

Judge will have all parties try to mediate issues before hearing

You will get time to pay off what you owe that way
