Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Type your question here...I Paid a Deposit on a House For Rent and then on the Day I Was To Move into The House, I Paid the First Month Rent. Also, On That Day the Landlord and I had A Disagreement and I Decided Not To Move into The House. My Question is Am I Entitled To Receive My Deposit Back and/or The Rent That I Paid?

Probably not, unless there is language in your lease that grants you that right. However, it is rare that a tenant can properly terminate a lease because of a disagreement with the landlord.
