unvolontary breaking my lease

The company I work for close they door so I became unemploye.I did find another job but in a different state.so I have to break my lease and the landlord asking me to pay $ 2050.and it is part of the rule s in my lease.

Do I have any way out legaly.

The lease is a contract, and you agreed to the terms, whatever they may be, when you signed.

In other words, having to move for a new job does not give you legal cause to break a lease.
