Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Violation of GA law code 47-7-13

My apartment complex is not addressing maintenance requests and other service issues that are repeatedly called in. Instead they tried to turn the blame around on us saying they have no record of us calling, I typed a formal letter on how they are in violation of the GA Law code 47-7-13 and now they have started harassing us late at night. I've left messages with police to call me back about filing formal charges. I need to know what direction or step I need to follow through with next.

It depends on whether you would like to stay in the apartments or move out. If the landlord is failing to make timely repairs after proper notice, you may terminate the lease and move out. You may also sue for damages if any. If you would like to stay, you can sue them for just the damages.
