Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I wanted to know if my ex boyfriend can evict me without a eviction notice? He owns the home but I been living here for 3 months, my I'd, car insurance, car note and other things come to this house and I'm pregnant. What I really want to know is how long would I have before I have to leave? Oh I live in Georgia. Thanks

He would have to give you at least 60 days written notice before beginning the eviction process.

What were the terms of the living arrangement? If you don't leave voluntarily, he can't evict you without a court order.
