washing machine
when i moved into a rental property my girl friend and i purchased a washing machine,she paid for it and then we broke up its been over 3 years ago and now i am moving out the land lord says the washing machine is his because my ex girl friend said hr could have it,is it mine or the landlords?

From what little you posted, you and the girlfriend owned it, and she may have given her half away. Other than that, we can't guess other circumsances, such as who actually paid for it.
