Can I sue my apartment complex for moving me into an apartment, where the knowing covered up water damage and health threatening mold?

You failed to state what happened when you discussed it with the manager (including a request to either move you to a different unit, or amicably end your lease), what damages you have suffered, and other facts indicating why a lawsuit is necessary to resolve the situation.
