Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Wife + husband got a mobile home from a aunt hubands side. House was in his name as well as mothers name.

Husband starting acting all sorts of crasey, the mom then asked the dad to sign the house over to her.

since he was treatining to burn the home down, he signed the mobile home over to her and then he continued to get more irrational over time, then he started hitting residents in the home. IE chokeing punching etc.

The wife signed the home over to her son to try and have him evicted since he dont pay rent to the aunt that bought the home for us, nor does he do anything else.

So we tryed tenant at serverence but that didnt work. and we got no clue how to get rid of him

Your post makes little sense on the landlord/tenant questions, but if someone is being violent, hitting people and making threats, you should call the police IMMEDIATELY.
