Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I work for my landlord and he gets his off top which is 300 dollars so I don't have Money to make repairs myself.2 rooms in the house have absolutely no power at all. There was no lease signed. Is there anything I can do. I have asked him several times but its always I'll get to it but that's been going on for about a year now. What can I do??

Your post makes little sense. If you post again, clearly state the facts and your question. What repairs? What is the issue with power? What does you working for the landlord have to do with the repairs and power? What is "gets his off the top?" There is no way to answer your question.
