Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia

Attorney Leave of Absence

In Georgia: A plaintiff attorney requested from the court a leave of absence for 2 days...(''The period of leave during which time Applicant will be away from the practice of law ...''). He filed a complaint in State Court on the 2nd day of his requested leave. Is there a rule or case law or such that would prevent him from practicing law during the time he requested to be ''away from the practice of law?''
