Your attorney as a witness

Can an attorney who has been excused for health reasons appear later as a witness for his client?

You provided little relevant information, but it is generalyl improper for a lawyer to appear as a witness in a case in which he is/has been involved as a lawyer. Beyond that, it is a good question to ask the lawyer(s) involved in the case.
