Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia

If an auto auction lot loses your keys. Are there any laws that protect me from having to pay lot usage fees while my car sits at their location while they try to find my keys? The car was taken to them because of a defaulted title loan but the debt has since been repaid (four days after towing).
