Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia
I booked a couple of rooms with a hotel and the hotel never sent me a confirmation so I booked with a different hotel. The initial hotel is making me pay for the initial rooms although I never used them. Is that possible?

It is the wrong category, but since no one here knows the cancallation (or no-show) policy of the hotel, and you chose not to tell us the important details, you won't get much of a response.

There is no requirement that hotels send confirmations. Most hotels have a policy to charge for no-shows. So if you didn't bother to cancel in time, yes, you'd owe them.
