Internet Privacy...is there protection on the Internet?
If a forum owner uses you real name on an anonymous internet forum, is there any legal action that can be taken?

No. People use names all the time, in all types of communications and circumstances. Obviously, uttering one's name is not illegal, nor should it be. Since you did not provide any circumstances, such as whether something negative was said about you, or the disclosure violated a contractual right, one can't speculate further.
