Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia

is there any law that keeps hospital doctors from going against there own medical records, and giving ga. dfcs false information (to cover there screw up) that leads to child dreprivation. can they deny me my 72 hour hearing and never listen or look at the medical records?
