Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia

Is there anything I can do. My mom passed on 9/11/12 her life insurance paid for some cremation jewelry. I have been calling the funeral home and leaving messages. They will not return my phone calls or email. They also have some of her remains for the jewelry
