Pension

I am retried police officer fron the city of Macon,Ga. I retried after 25 years of service. I retired the middle of Jan. 2006. I retried at 50% of my salary 2% pre year. Now city council is voting on a earily out for police and given these employees .5 precent more pre year of service. So now these police officer leaving will get 62.5 precent of there salary for 25 years. They will be taking home approx. $500.00 more a month then i am. Is there anything i can do. These guys didn't work any harder then the ones in the past.What can i do if this happens.

You are entititled to the amount specified in your agreement - not someone else's agreement.
