Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia

A property agent found a tenant for fee of 1/2 of monthly rent. At walk thru tenant provided money order rent & deposit. Normally after walk thru and signing lease Property Agent write a check BUT in this agent state she forgot checks and would me the next day. 7-weeks later and all I've received multiple excuses. Please advise

Your question has nothing to do with legal ethics unless that agent was lawyer. Obviously you've been cheated by a con man. At this point go to magistrates Court and sue.
