i purchased a car and was told that the title had to come out of state and later found out that a lien is on the title now i cant register my car what can i do to keep my car?

You posted this in the part of Law Guru that is limited to legal malpractice so most consumer lawyers will never see your question. The seller committed fraud, and if he cannot convey good title commits a crime. If he does not give a full refund, you will probably have to sue him, and possibly prosecute him. Sit down with a lawyer and the sales paperwork.
