First of all you posted in the legal malpractice area (rather than consumer law), so consumer attorneys here won't even see your question.

Second, no one here has read your contract with the roofer or your written warranty. Any rights you have come from those two documents, and you failed to tell us what they say or even if you bothered to get them (they are necessary).

Third, you didn't say when all this happened, which means we have no idea if your legal rights have expired.

Fourth, you didn't say what was "messed up."

So, in sum total, your post is unfortunately unanswerable. (You might repost in the correct area with the needed information).
